Here is a wonderful little gadget that is perfect for your Tahkli Spindle. As shown in the photo it was designed to hold your tapestry needle but one of my very good customers decided it was just the best way to spin her support spindle. This is a great alternative to a bowl especially if you are travelling. You can pack it up so easily and it doesn't break.

I have these available in many exotic woods that change each time an order comes in. They are $10.00 each. Be sure to be the first in your group to have one. You will not believe the speed and length of time your spindle will spin using these.

How about a bowl for your Tahkli or Russian Spindle

New Bowls. These beautiful little bowls are individually hand crafted by a local artist in my town. They look like tiny mixing bowls but have a wonderful indentation in the center for your spindle as illustrated below.
